Drawing & Sketching Teacher

You will be part of a design coaching institute dedicated to nurturing creativity in design aspirants by teaching drawing and sketching through both online and offline classes. As a faculty member, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Teaching students drawing skills, including fundamentals and advanced techniques in design and sketching. - Providing feedback and critique on student work to facilitate skill improvement and style development. - Conducting assessments through test papers, mock tests, and evaluation of mark sheets to monitor student progress. - Advising and mentoring students on academic and professional goals, including internships, career opportunities, and college admissions for design programs. - College counseling to assist students in selecting suitable design colleges based on their interests and performance. - Maintaining accurate records of student attendance for both online and offline classes. - Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters creativity and learning. - Staying updated with the latest trends and exam patterns in design education. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field. - Strong sketching and drawing skills with a portfolio showcasing your work. - Prior teaching experience in design coaching is preferred. - Knowledge of entrance exams like NIFT, NID, UCEED, CEED, NATA, and JEE Paper 2 is advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and mentor students toward achieving their design career goals. You will be teaching both offline and online classes, with 3 to 4+ years of experience in a full-time role based in Hyderabad. The salary ranges from 25,000 to 40,000 per month, with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English and Telugu is a must for this position.,
