Knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office is necessary, as well as an interest and experience in UI design. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial, along with good presentation skills. You should be adept at designing compelling Game Design pitch documents and documenting information in a structured manner, following provided specifications. Furthermore, you must possess storytelling abilities, work well in team settings or independently, and demonstrate creativity within a defined context. An understanding of the target audience and market, as well as all aspects of Game development, is expected. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, analyze game quality, and accept constructive criticism is vital.
