KRA:- - Drafting of HVAC services, Ducting layout, chilled water piping layout, plant room layout, floor layout, system schematic etc. - Coordination of MEP services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC) - Coordination with client, internal design team, Execution team. - Quantification of material from drawing Job Description:- - Drafting of HVAC services, Ducting layout, chilled water piping layout, plant room layout, floor layout, system schematic etc. - Static Calculations - Coordination of MEP services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC) - Coordination with client, internal design team, Execution team. - Quantification of material from drawing along with supporting accessories required. - AutoCAD software knowledge -MS office - BIM/Revit software knowledge
