Qualification Drama Teacher (1 Post): Degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, or Performing Arts. Requirements Experience in directing school plays or performances. Knowledge of drama pedagogy and child development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous teaching experience is a plus. Job Roles Plan and teach drama lessons covering acting techniques, voice modulation, script analysis, and stagecraft. Organize school plays, skits, and other theatrical performances. Cultivate students’ confidence, communication skills, and creativity through drama exercises and role-playing. Foster an appreciation for dramatic arts and encourage participation in extracurricular theatre activities. Guide students in understanding character development, improvisation, and performance critique.
