SEPL is primarily engaged in Post-Tensioning and ground engineering services in India. The company holds a license from M/s Presscrete Engineering Pte Ltd, Singapore, for applying the pre-stressing system in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman located in Pune. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, detailed plans, and diagrams for construction projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineers and architects, creating accurate drawings from specifications, and ensuring the adherence to project timelines. The role also involves reviewing and revising plans to meet project requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or ITI in Civil Draftsman.
• Proficiency in technical drawing software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of Post-Tensioning and ground engineering concepts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in technical drawings
• Relevant experience in drafting and technical planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
