Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman located in Pune. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans, collaborating with engineers and project managers, ensuring drawings comply with industry standards, and making adjustments based on feedback. Daily tasks include using CAD and CAM software to create detailed designs, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records of all designs and co-ordinating with the manufacturing team. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD software, Solidworks, technical drawing, and design principles Understanding of Sheet metal manufacturing and machine elements Experience collaborating with engineers and project managers Ability to understand and apply industry standards to technical drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documentation Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Relevant certifications or degree in drafting, design, or related fields Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
