Requirement for Design Draft Specialist / Architectural Drafting Professional / CAD Design Specialist

Must Have Skills :

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

· Good knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting techniques.

· Ability to create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics.

· Familiarity with building codes, engineering standards, and drafting principles.

· Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Passionate about design and drafting with a creative mindset

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as per feedback or project scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure design accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material lists.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and completed projects.
• Stay updated on the latest drafting techniques and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
