You will collaborate with software developers to understand project requirements and develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. It will be your responsibility to identify and report software defects to the development team and conduct manual and automated testing on various platforms including web and mobile applications. Utilizing tools such as Selenium, TFS, and GitHub for testing purposes will be crucial in your role. You will also perform regression testing to ensure software functionality remains intact after changes and document test results to provide feedback to the development team. Your proficiency in testing web and mobile applications, experience with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS, and knowledge of Azure services for cloud-based testing will be key assets in this position. You should also be familiar with RESTful APIs and MySQL databases, have the ability to predict potential issues through vaticinate analysis, and possess experience with version control systems like GitHub.
