Drafter - 3D Design Specialist

• Developing comprehensive 3D models for a diverse range of projects, including process plant layouts (piping, equipment, and P&ID integration), industrial structures, and MEP systems.
• Generating accurate 2D drawings derived directly from 3D models, including the creation of detailed isometric drawings for piping.
• Ensuring designs adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and relevant codes.
• Creating and maintaining robust Building Information Models (BIM) to facilitate project coordination, clash detection, and data management.
• A key responsibility will be to accurately drive and extract quantities of various components, materials, and equipment directly from 3D models and BIM data, providing crucial information for cost estimation, procurement, and project planning.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to translate conceptual designs into precise, buildable models.
