Description
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience working with development teams. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand the As-IS process and create To-Be process diagrams. Create project sprint plans, effort estimation plans, and resource planning. Interact with different teams as needed during the solution implementation process. Skilled in change management, foreseeing changes in plans and project scope. Break down projects into smaller modules and integrate them during implementation. Possess in-depth knowledge of PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, its features, and related M365 services. Have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint development including custom web parts. Demonstrate a deep understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings. Apply knowledge of SharePoint UI design principles including Fabric UI, Themes, HTML, and CSS. Develop custom solutions for SharePoint leveraging SharePoint Rest API, CSOM, Workflows, Power Automate, and related technologies. Utilize development skills leveraging JavaScript, ES6, jQuery, TypeScript, common frameworks (Knockout, Handlebars, React, Angular), .NET C#, PnP, PowerShell, HTML5, CSS3. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SharePoint object-model and service-oriented application development. Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint using out-of-the-box capabilities and different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as Search, Workflows, Content Types, and Managed Metadata. Ability to work within an Agile team, effectively manage individual tasks, communicate progress to leadership, and contribute to overall team success. ### Job Requirements History of working credibly with development teams and delivering custom solutions on the Power platform. Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport, and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills. Strong verbal and written skills, including cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications. Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries, and time zones. Utilizes all aspects of Emotional Intelligence to navigate interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree.
