Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand the As-IS process and create To-Be process diagrams. Develop project sprint plans, effort estimation plans, and resource planning. Collaborate with different teams as needed during the solution implementation process. Anticipate changes in plans and project scope. Break down projects into smaller modules and integrate them during implementation. Possess in-depth knowledge of PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, its features, and related M365 services. Demonstrate expertise in SharePoint development, including custom web parts. Have a deep understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality, including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings. Apply knowledge of SharePoint UI design principles, including Fabric UI, Themes, HTML, and CSS. Develop custom solutions for SharePoint using SharePoint Rest API, CSOM, Workflows, Power Automate, and related technologies. Utilize development skills leveraging JavaScript, ES6, jQuery, TypeScript, common frameworks (Knockout, Handlebars, React, Angular), .NET C#, PnP, PowerShell, HTML5, CSS3. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SharePoint object-model and service-oriented application development. Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint using out-of-the-box capabilities and different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as Search, Workflows, Content Types, and Managed Metadata. Work effectively within an Agile team, manage individual tasks, communicate progress to leadership, and contribute to overall team success. ### Job Requirements A history of working credibly with development teams and delivering custom solutions on the Power platform is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications, are essential. Ability to work with people from diverse cultures, countries, and time zones. Utilizes all aspects of Emotional Intelligence to navigate interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and others. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree. Passionate, committed, and determined. The role may require periodic allocation of additional time on the job to support multiple demands and escalating issues, as well as some travel to support change or planned project activities.
