Job Description for Dot Net Developer: At least 12-15 years of experience in developing web applications/products using Microsoft Technology, Specializing in Dotnet Programming . Must have experience in guiding and mentoring the team members Knowledge of 3rd party framework/tools integrations Should have knowledge of JS-based UI frameworks like React or Angular Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.Knowledge of reporting and BI tools will be a big plusKnowledge of No-SQL such as Mongo DB is a big plusExperience with design patterns and principles. Experience in mentoring and coaching team members. Setting up their goals and evaluating the performance of the team members. Knowledge of agile scrum methodology and prior experience working in product development. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Help hire, inspire and motivate team members. Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalentTechnical Skills - Strong experience designing and developing web applications using .NET Core or .NET 5+, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API. Strong programming skills with these technologies.
