Job Description

Design and deploy high-impact AI projects to optimize and automate workflows across the organization.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Translate business needs into technical solutions using AI-native or no-code/low-code platforms.
Develop and maintain complex workflows using tools like Claude, n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
Analyze and resolve issues within automated workflows to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in workflow automation, process optimization, or operations is required.
Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong communication and documentation skills are necessary to effectively train and support non-technical teams.
A passion for finding innovative AI solutions to business challenges is expected.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make thoughtful decisions quickly is vital.
Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks to connect different applications is beneficial.
Experience creating diagrams or flowcharts to map out a process before building it is preferred.
