Mandatory Support Skills:-

Exposure of Level 2 support for .NET-based applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues based on SLA.
Perform root cause analysis on L2 support.
Experience in deploying hotfixes and patches.
Experience in Vulnerability patch management
Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and documentation for supported applications.
Communication skills as must interact with internal / business users regarding issues logged in form of tickets.
Work within SLAs and ensure high availability of supported systems.

Mandatory Technology Skills:-

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and application hosting.
Knowledge of service management tools (like. BMC Remedy, Service now)
Knowledge of version control systems (TFS).
