Job Description

Work Location: CHENNAI, TN

Skill Required:Hands\-on experience with IBM Integration Bus(IIB) and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).

Experience Range in Required Skills: 3\-5 years

Role Overview:

As a .NET Developer in the STP Tribe, you will be responsiblefor designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secureapplications that support Euroclear\Straight Through Processing (STP)systems. In addition to core .NET development, this role requires hands\-onexperience with middleware technologies (e.g., ITX, IIB), platform\-levelprogramming (e.g., C, MFC), and Linux\-based environments. You will collaboratewith cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions aligned withbusiness and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, .NETCore, and C#, including modern versions (.NET 6\/7\/8).

Integrate and support middleware components using IBMIntegration Bus (IIB) and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).

Work with C\/C++, CX, and MFC for legacy system integration andperformance\-critical modules.

Develop and deploy applications in Linux environments,ensuring compatibility and performance.

Design and implement APIs and microservices in a cloud\-nativearchitecture.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate solutions intoCI\/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprintplanning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensurecode quality and system reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaborationwith Ops and Infrastructure teams.

Primary \/ Core Skills:

.NET Development: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core,C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

Middleware Integration: Hands\-on experience with IBMIntegration Bus (IIB) and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).

Platform\-Level Programming: Strong knowledge of C, CX, and MFCfor system\-level development and legacy integration.

Linux Proficiency: Experience developing and debuggingapplications in Linux environments.

API & Microservices: Design and implementation ofscalable, secure APIs and microservices.

DevOps & CI\/CD: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker,Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines.

Secondary Skills:

Database Technologies: Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB,and Kafka.

Testing & QA: Knowledge of XUnit, NUnit, and TDDpractices.

Agile Practices: Active participation in Agile\/Scrum teams andceremonies.

Financial Messaging Standards: Exposure to SWIFT, ISO15022\/20022, and STP\-related protocols.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication with technical and non\-technicalstakeholders.

Ability to work in cross\-functional, multicultural teams.

Adaptability in a fast\-paced, evolving environment.
