Job Opening: Dorm Parent Location: Billimoria High School, Panchgani Billimoria High School, Panchgani – a heritage boarding school nestled in the serene hills of Maharashtra – is inviting applications for the position of Dorm Parent . If you are a nurturing, responsible, and dynamic individual with a passion for student welfare and holistic education, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment in the school dormitory. Act as a guardian and mentor for students residing in the hostel. Ensure students' discipline, hygiene, health, and well-being are maintained. Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to support students' academic and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership on student matters. Organize and supervise evening and weekend activities. Requirements: Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a residential or educational setting preferred. Bachelors degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to enforce discipline with empathy and fairness. A high level of patience, responsibility, and emotional intelligence. Fluency in English, Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
