We're on the lookout for Production Crew Members to join our content dream team! If being on set excites you, the buzz of a packed shoot day fuels you, and you love bringing creative ideas to life — we think you’ll fit right in.
Ideate and build mood boards, visual references, storyboards & shortlists
Plan shoot budgets and hire the right crew or talent
Scout + recce locations, source props, and coordinate with equipment vendors
Prep like a pro
Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, grip gear & audio (yes, all of it)
Style and design sets that look good
Brief crew and talent like a boss
Direct, shoot, assist — whatever it takes to get the shot
Manage footage and shortlist clips like a neat freak
Work closely with editors to bring the story to life
You’ve got excellent technical knowledge, especially when it comes to lighting (we’ll test you)
You’re a shape-shifter: one day you’re shooting a quick iPhone reel, the next you're leading a full crew on a brand film
You actually understand trending formats on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
You're a clear communicator and a strong collaborator
You can take feedback (and give it when something’s off) without flinching
