Role:Customer Support Voice Process (Freshers)

Work Locations:

Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. • Communicate clearly and effectively in
Hindi & English
with customers. • Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction. • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with accurate details. • Collaborate with internal teams to address and close customer issues. • Meet daily/weekly performance targets in terms of call quality and customer handling.

Required Skills:

Fluency in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
