Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for messaging solutions

  (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS)

  across domestic markets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients through outbound and inbound channels.
• Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and messaging regulations.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and product capabilities.
• Provide market feedback to the product team for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in international B2B environments, with at least 2+ years in CPaaS, Messaging, or Telecom services.
• Deep understanding of messaging protocols and platforms: SMS (A2P/P2P), WhatsApp Business API, and Voice solutions.
• Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, with a focus on consultative and solution-based sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
