Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand sales in the assigned region (East / West / North).
• Identify and acquire new customers in the

  metal hose

  segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.
• Understand technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and technical support.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, market research, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Business (preferred).
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in industrial product sales — preferably in

  metal hoses, PTFE hoses, or related flexible hose assemblies

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a focus on long-term business growth.
