Senior Engineer – Aerospace – NPD

Job ID: PHU4/2025-26/02Key Performance Area:Prepare APQP Time inline with Aerospace standard requirements.Conduct feasibility study within the stipulated time on receipt of the RFQ with CFT team.During RFQ phase review all the customer requirements with CFT team.Read & Understand technical requirements and flow down.Organize and conduct kick off meeting for all new project.Review supplier development status periodically for the new products.Ensure on time project initiation & monitor through weekly review meeting with CFT and control the project.Work with core team to develop readiness plan / Micro level plan.Ensure all the project deliverables are completed on time and escalate when necessary.Get action plan for delayed deliverables and ensure action plans are implemented on time.Measure the performance of the project. Know how the project is performing against milestones, time frames, deliverables, budget and resources.Ensure to deliver first time right products or parts, eliminate rework to improve quality standards and reduce cost.Ensure change management is followed and controlled as per procedure. Check the impact for approval and communicate to customers.Ensure proper handover of new project to CFT as per QMS procedure.
