Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives to independently manage sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plastic processing or packaging machinery, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development in the assigned region
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into orders
Visit clients to understand machinery requirements and provide solutions
Promote and demonstrate plastic pouch/bag making or packaging machinery
Prepare and present quotations and follow up on negotiations
Ensure timely order closure and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery and support

Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
5 to 7 years in industrial sales (preferably in plastic or packaging machinery)
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical knowledge of plastic processing machinery
Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities
