Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions across India.
Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and follow-up with candidates.
Negotiate salary and offers, and close candidates for the assigned positions.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and great candidate experience.
Stay updated on current recruitment trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical requirements, IT skills, and job roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related preferred).
