Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic Customer Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including interacting with customers, providing online support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also manage customer service inquiries and offer technical support as required. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Gurugram
• Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
