Job Description

As a Domain Trainee/ Management Trainee - Treasury at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in cash management by reviewing legal entities and all accounts for fund management. Your responsibilities will include working on open items, collaborating with other Finance departments to resolve issues, ensuring open items are clarified through follow-up escalation matrix, and maintaining the hygiene of Reconciliations by keeping a tab on open items. Key Responsibilities: - Review legal entities and all accounts for fund management - Work on open items and collaborate with other Finance departments to resolve issues - Follow up escalation matrix to ensure open items are clarified - Maintain the hygiene of Reconciliations by keeping a tab on open items Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate in Commerce / Accounts - Exposure to the US Insurance market - Knowledge of ERP & Financial systems - Experience in handling Wire-outs, ACH, checks, receipts, bank transfers, Inter-company, TPA, journals, Bank Reconciliation, etc - Experience working on TPA bank reconciliation - Resources with relevant experience - Excellent Excel skills required - Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications: - B.com. / M.com. - Understanding of the closing process for an insurance P&C company - Accounting experience in the Insurance sector desired - Good understanding of Insurance dynamics with Treasury/ Reconciliation - Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions Please note that this job posting is for a full-time position in India-Noida.
