Job Description

As a Domain Trainee in the Broker Technical Support Team at Genpact, your role involves providing expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that team members receive tailored advice and solutions, interacting with client partners to update process/business knowledge documents, and conducting training sessions to enhance employees" understanding of commercial insurance principles. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve basic inquiries related to Client Services and service delivery. - Communicate directly with underwriters, brokers, and account executives for additional information. - Conduct training sessions to enhance employees" understanding of commercial insurance practices. - Act as a liaison between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material. - Conduct monthly knowledge assessment tests and training need identification. - Ensure compliance with controls, review existing exceptions, and report duplicate policies before processing transactions. - Handle varied workloads, meet targets, and deadlines. - Demonstrate and share knowledge with all lines of business as a subject matter expert in operational and procedural activities for the Broking operations team. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - Graduate in any stream. - Relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle activities. - Customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation. - Proficient in English language (both written and verbal). - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: - Insurance Certification and awareness of Property & Casualty insurance regulation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Team player with previous office environment experience. - Client-focused with relationship building skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimum supervision. - Highly organized with proven prioritization abilities under pressure.
