Could you be the full-time Domain Lead - SImulator in our dynamic team based in Bangalore were looking for Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll lead and contribute to the development of Digital Training Solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (ISR Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Core Team, Service Bid Managers), manage product development lifecycle, and much more. Youll specifically take care of tasks such as CBC analysis, solution definition, risk assessment, and QCD submission in the tender phase, but also engage in software/hardware development and implementation. Well look to you for: Defining the Product Development Plan and Project Schedule Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and design documents Project monitoring and control, including customer and stakeholder management Supplier management from selection to project delivery Procurement of components for simulators REX database management and implementation in tenders and projects Collaborating with Digital Solutions teams to support Product and Technology Development All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
