Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documents Executive located in Rajkot. The Documents Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with suppliers and clients, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth shipment processes. The role also includes managing communication with internal and external stakeholders and resolving any documentation-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing export documentation
• Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in managing communication with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle documentation-related issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in the agricultural commodities industry is a plus
