Job Description

Role Overview: As a Document Control Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all manufacturing processes. This includes managing batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control documentation. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) especially for Ayurvedic products. Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring documentation is up-to-date is a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for compiling and reviewing batch records, conducting regular audits of documentation, and maintaining a systematic filing system for batch records and related documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all manufacturing processes - Manage batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control documentation - Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Ayurvedic products - Stay informed about changes in regulations and update documentation accordingly - Compile and review batch records - Conduct regular audits of documentation for accuracy and completeness - Maintain a systematic filing system for batch records and related documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline - Experience working in document control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a systematic filing system (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
