Job description

Looking for Office Admin for which the candidate should be responsible for study tender/BID/offer requirements.
Draft the BID/offer documents including technical and commercial proposal.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
Maintain email records and tracking of all documents and communications.
Contribution in cost and price calculations.
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

A subject-related educational qualification no less than a Bachelor degree
Good command of spoken and written English language;
Ability to use the available technological resource (e.g. internet, computers, software) to extract information;
Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies;
Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows) along with other office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Experience:

Fresher
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day / Night shift

Degree with adequate computer knowledge (Preferred)
