Ensure legal accuracy and compliance with Tamil Nadu property laws and RERA regulations. Property Registration Compliance: Assist in property registration processes with the Sub-Registrar s Office. Ensure stamp duty and registration fee calculations are accurate. Maintain compliance with local real estate and land acquisition laws. Legal Title Verification: Conduct title verification to confirm property ownership history. Work with legal teams to ensure clear titles before transactions. Liaison with Authorities Clients: Coordinate with government offices, survey departments, and legal firms. Assist buyers, sellers, and developers in document verification and sign-off processes. Records Management Documentation: Maintain accurate records of property transactions. Digitally archive legal documents for easy retrieval and reference. Due Diligence Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in land ownership and encumbrances. Advise clients on legal implications of property transactions.
