Job Description

  • A Document Verification Executive verifies the authenticity and accuracy of submitted documents, such as identification and background information, to confirm they are genuine and unaltered, thereby preventing fraud and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include inspecting documents for tampering, cross-referencing details with databases, flagging discrepancies, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining meticulous records of the verification process. Key Responsibilities
  • Authenticity Verification: Examine documents like educational certificates, ID proofs, and financial records to ensure they are legitimate and not tampered with.
  • Data Cross-Referencing: Match submitted information against official databases or issuing authorities to confirm the accuracy of details.
  • Discrepancy Identification: Identify and report any inconsistencies or suspicious elements in documents or data for further review.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all verification processes adhere to company standards, data protection regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of verification activities, document findings, and create reports on discrepancies or errors.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline verification processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, applicants, and other departments to gather information or resolve issues related to document verification.
  • Fraud Prevention: Play a crucial role in preventing fraudulent activities, illegal operations, and financial crimes by identifying and rejecting inauthentic documents. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for spotting irregularities and verifying accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret documents, identify patterns, and solve problems related to data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents and data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with document verification software, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, and BGV (background verification) portals.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of data protection laws and other relevant regulations governing document verification.

Pay: ₹8,738.24 - ₹30,663.58 per month
