Job Description

Walkin interview on -27th & 28th Nov 2025

Review legal agreements such as ISDA, CSA, F&O, OTC, and extract key parameters into internal systems.
Be flexible with shifts; employees must be willing to work in both shifts and rotate periodically.
Identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions (e.g., credit, legal) for prompt resolution of disputed points within set time frames.
Collaborate with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to contribute toward developing an efficient operating framework.
Work closely with regional Legal Operations, business teams, and other stakeholders involved in agreement negotiation and transactions.
Ensure productivity and quality standards are met; producing accurate and high-quality work is critical for success.
Perform as a checker for agreements/documents processed by the Documentation & Data Services (DDS) team.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Excellent understanding of derivative legal documents like ISDA, CSA, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and execute effectively under deadlines.
Strong teamwork approach with the ability to work independently when required.
Strong organizational skills.
Graduation is a must; Law or Commerce graduates preferred.
