Document Controller

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, categorized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Track revisions and maintain version control of all documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and distribute reports related to document control activities and status updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
