Job Description

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all documents are properly filed, categorized, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Implement and oversee document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Track revisions and maintain version control of all documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Prepare and distribute reports related to document control activities and status updates.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
