Document Controller

Your responsibilities in this role include learning and mastering designated Document Management Systems, participating in handover calls to gather inputs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, reviewing and preparing documents for submission, ensuring accuracy of documentation sent to customers, managing document flow and storage in Documentation Management System, among other tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess good attention to detail, be able to review customer document register, make commitments based on capabilities and standards, emphasize collaboration, and act swiftly in evolving situations. A graduate in Physics, Maths, Chemistry, or other Bachelor of Science degrees, strong communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Office and Document editing software are required. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of industry work experience in project documentation, learning agility, and working knowledge of SAP.
