• Provide management, handling and storage of technical documents of the Engineering and Technology Department.
• Ensure smooth workflow, archive materials and seamless document management

Accountability

Supporting Actions

• Managing documentation software, drawing/document numbering system, document description as per organization standards.
• Maintaining an archive of pre-bid and post-bid project documents along with the technical standards.
• Understanding ABRen documentation template.
• Responsible for project folder setup, folder maintenance, formulating point of contact for document allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely within the department along with various teams (Electrical, Civil etc. ) as well as along with various other departments (Projects, O & M etc. )

Quality Assurance

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes of document management and smooth workflow.

Project Engineering Oversight

• Ensuring workflow completion of the documents within time by assisting the person in contact and vendor.
