Document Controller

As a Documents Controller, your role involves maintaining and managing various Technical Documents, Drawings, and Transmittals related to Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, and Construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and efficient organization of project information. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage Technical Documents, Drawings, and Transmittals - Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation - Coordinate with internal teams to gather and update project information - Implement document control procedures to streamline processes - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documents Qualifications Required: - Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce/IT/Computer Science with computer proficiency (Minimum 50% Marks) - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, or Construction industries As a company offering a contractual/temporary position for 24 months, we provide benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week with overtime applicable. The work location is onsite in Mangalore, with a day shift schedule.
