As an In-House Doctor / Dermatologist in the Dermatology & Cosmetology Department based in Delhi NCR, your role involves providing safe and effective medical aesthetic treatments, supporting client consultations, and collaborating with Beauty & Wellness teams to achieve holistic results. Your strong foundation in medicine, hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures, and adherence to clinical SOPs are crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform medical and aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and chemical peels. - Conduct detailed consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. - Ensure clinical safety, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs at all times. - Monitor client outcomes, maintain records, and offer post-procedure follow-up care. **Customer Engagement:** - Establish trust through effective communication and counseling with clients. - Participate in clinic events, awareness sessions, and workshops. - Support cross-selling and upselling of relevant dermatology & wellness services. **Team Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with Beauty, Slimming, and Wellness teams to provide integrated client care. - Guide, train, and mentor therapists and support staff in medical protocols. - Work with regional/cluster heads to optimize clinic performance. **Qualifications & Experience:** - MBBS with 13 years of clinical experience and licensed to administer injectables. - MD in Dermatology/Medicine with 2 years of relevant experience. - Certification or fellowship in cosmetology or aesthetics is advantageous. - Must be licensed to practice medicine and perform aesthetic procedures in India. **Skills & Attributes:** - Proficient in diagnostic and procedural skills in medical aesthetics. - Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. - Ethical, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach. - Sales acumen to contribute to clinic growth.
