About Us

Cosmetiq Hospital is Kerala’s leading premium ambulatory centre specializing in plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, and aesthetic treatments. We are now looking for a doctor with an MBBS or BDS background to take up a key managerial role in our hospital operations.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will combine medical knowledge with administrative leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital while supporting patient care standards, staff coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate hospital operations, OPD and patient flow.
• Act as a liaison between management, medical teams, and patients.
• Ensure protocols, safety standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support strategic planning for growth, marketing initiatives, and patient experience improvements.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to optimize scheduling and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day problem solving and decision-making for hospital activities.
• Represent the hospital in professional and regulatory communications when required.

Requirements

• MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage both clinical understanding and hospital operations.
• Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare management is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work full-time on-site at the hospital.
• Candidates from Trivandrum or nearby areas preferred.
