Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based in Gurugram. The role involves diagnosing and treating patients, conducting medical examinations, prescribing treatments, and providing follow-up care. The appointed doctor will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality medical and surgical interventions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, participating in case discussions, staying updated with the latest medical advancements, and contributing to departmental objectives and quality healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment skills, with extensive knowledge in relevant medical specialties.
• Excellent communication, patient interaction, and consultation skills.
• Proficiency in using advanced medical technologies and tools essential for patient care.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with medical research and advancements.
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialization in a relevant field and valid medical licensing in India.
• Proven experience working in a hospital or clinical setting; experience in a super specialty hospital is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
