Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and research-oriented Homoeopathy Doctors specializing in migraine treatment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in holistic patient assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, and patient counseling. This role requires expertise in managing migraine cases, conducting research, and continuously improving treatment protocols to ensure the best holistic care for patients.

Location: Preferably from Palakkad

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Patient Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, analyze case history, and identify migraine triggers, symptoms, and associated conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans integrating Homoeopathy to provide long-term relief and prevent recurrence.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, diet, stress management, and preventive measures to manage migraines effectively.

✅ Research & Treatment Innovation

• Engage in continuous research on migraine management, exploring new remedies, therapies, and holistic healing techniques.
• Devise and update evidence-based treatment protocols by combining classical and modern approaches for enhanced effectiveness.
• Participate in clinical studies, patient case reviews, and treatment efficacy analysis to refine therapeutic approaches.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Homoeopathy for migraine care.

✅ Patient Care & Follow-ups

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans based on responses, and ensure timely follow-ups for long-term migraine relief.
• Provide patients with informative resources such as videos, dietary guidelines, relaxation techniques, and herbal remedies.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including case histories, prescriptions, and treatment progress.
• Conduct online and offline consultations, responding to patient queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

✅ Collaboration & Holistic Care

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including neurologists, dietitians, yoga therapists, and psychologists, to offer comprehensive migraine management.
• Contribute to workshops, health talks, and awareness programs to educate patients and the public on holistic migraine care.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Qualification: BHMS for homoeopathy doctors from a recognized institution with relevant clinical experience and registration.
✔ Strong knowledge of migraine pathophysiology, chronic pain management, and holistic treatment approaches.
✔ Passion for research, treatment innovation, and continuous learning.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support patients effectively.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple patient interactions while maintaining high-quality care.
✔ Proficiency in digital patient management, including WhatsApp communication, Google Sheets, and EMR systems.
✔ Prior experience in migraine management is highly preferred.
