Minimum of 4 years of experience as an LMS administrator or similar position; experience with Docebo is requiredExperience in the enterprise-wide implementation of a Learning Management SystemExperience working on SCORM.Implemented DOCEBO Integration with other LMS tool,Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesAbility to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendorsCustomer service skills, responsive attitudeStrong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-complex termsWork effectively as a team member or independently as appropriateOrganize and prioritize multiple projects with the ability to meet scheduled deadlinesResponsibilitiesThe Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for the functional system administration and operational support of Mandiants Learning Management System (LMS)This person will be responsible for This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functionsWorks in collaboration with the Certification Program Manager and other key contacts across Education and the enterprise as a wholeCommunicates with both internal and external end usersIdentifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancementsAcquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systemsCreates and maintains technical procedures and policy documentationCollaborates with key stakeholders on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organizationActs as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectivesCreates and maintains resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional developmentPerforms other related duties that may be assignedWorks on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Docebo LMSMonitors upgrades, changes, outages and feature releases for the LMSResearches and tests new features prior to release and implementationManages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settingsCreates user logins as needed and assigns user permissionsCreates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohortsManages course enrollment including progress trackingPublishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resourcesPopulates course information and assigns learnersDevelops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reportsUploads and maintains content; ensuring adherence to ADA requirements for LMSAnalyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to key stakeholders, as appropriateCreates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from instructional designersManages tracking of course revisions and historyBuilds online assessments and evaluations in LMS for coursesProvides day-to-day issue resolution and end-user support of the LMS; act as primary technical resource to respond to instructors, students, and education team member needsServes as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support servicesReviews and monitors system performanceWorks with the instructional technologist and instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content
