Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Export Operations

Manage complete export processes for formulations.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs, and warehouse for timely dispatch.
Ensure shipment documentation and customs clearance are in order.

Commercial Responsibilities

Prepare prosoma invoices, commercial invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Manage banking activities: LC documentation, BRC, remittances, and post-shipment formalities.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure accuracy in export documents:

Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading
COA, COPP, FSC, MSDS, and legalized documents

Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and pharmaceutical export regulations.
Work with QA/QC for country-specific documentation and batch release coordination.

Internal Coordination

Liaise with Production, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor dispatch planning and order fulfillment in alignment with client expectations.

Reporting & MIS

Maintain export documentation tracker and shipment logs.
Provide regular commercial and shipment updates to the management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in
Pharmacy / Commerce / Science / International Business
10+ years of hands-on experience
in
pharmaceutical export operations and commercial handling
Proficiency in
SAP/ERP systems
, MS Excel, and documentation tools
Strong knowledge of
DGFT policies
, export-import regulations, and pharmaceutical logistic.
