Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other statutory documents. 2. Ensure compliance with all export rules, regulations, and procedures. 3. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and banks to ensure smooth documentation flow. 4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, and production) to ensure timely dispatch and clearance of shipments. 5. Handle documentation for L/C (Letter of Credit), advance payment, and other payment terms. 6. Maintain accurate records of export documentation, shipment files, and correspondence. 7.
