Divisional Manager – Automotive Marketing & Business Development (Semiconductor Components)

TOYOTA TSUSHO NEXTY ELECTRONICS was established in April 2005 as an offshore location for in-Vehicle embedded software. Since then, we have been growing steadily. At the same time, we have been expanding our business into various fields such as sales of car-mounted electronic devices (parts and semiconductors) and development and distribution of contents for automobiles. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve PMs targets and drive business growth.
• Create and execute plans to grow our presence in the automotive semiconductor market.
• Use your understanding of various products to find their strengths, develop effective strategies, and deliver results by combining the best features of each product.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of product offerings with automotive industry requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to the automotive segment.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. As the Product Marketing Divisional Manager, act as the voice of the organization to vendors, conveying their messages to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Demonstrate versatility by taking on additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
