Key Responsibilities: - Implementing Customer Acquisition Plans (CAP) and Business Opportunity Plans (BOP) to introduce innovative solutions and reach sales objectives. - Conducting regular visits to clients within your designated sales territory, adhering to scheduled frequencies for CAP/BOP presentations, and working towards achieving set sales targets. - Identifying customer requirements, monitoring market competitors, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement to evaluate potential and complete essential documentation. - Engaging in constructive dialogues with customers, employing negotiation techniques and specialized strategies to secure successful outcomes. - Efficiently planning customer visits, adequately preparing for each interaction, and concluding with comprehensive visit reports and surveys on a daily basis. - Engaging in meetings to deepen product comprehension, assist in negotiations, and contribute to the overall triumph of the VS Regional Sales Force. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. - Excellent organizational abilities to manage customer visits, documentations, and reports efficiently. - Negotiation prowess and strategic thinking to drive favorable outcomes during customer discussions. - Proficiency in product knowledge and the ability to contribute effectively to team meetings and negotiations.
