Division Sales Representative

As a Division Sales Representative at Valeo, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, contributing to our vision of reinventing mobility and creating a greener and more secure future. You will be responsible for executing Customer Acquisition Plans (CAP) and Business Opportunity Plans (BOP) with the aim of presenting innovative solutions to our customers and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include visiting customers in your sales area according to the defined frequency, ensuring that CAP/BOP presentations are made on time, and striving to achieve acceptance and sales targets. You will need to identify customer needs, monitor competition, and maintain a high level of customer intimacy to assess potential and complete necessary documentation. Negotiation skills will be essential as you lead discussions with customers, leveraging our added value and specialist strategy to drive successful outcomes. You will be expected to plan visits effectively, prepare thoroughly for each interaction, and close with detailed visit reports and surveys on a daily basis. In addition to managing the sales process effectively, you will participate in meetings to enhance your understanding of the products and support negotiations. Your role will contribute to the overall success of the VS Regional Sales Force, and your ability to master sales pitches and negotiation techniques will be crucial in achieving our objectives.
