Job Description

B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 6 years of IT experience
Or
Any Graduate having 9 years of IT experience
Project experience in Web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web design and development
Ability to work on multiple tasks and tracking
Experience of QMS and SDLC process
Experience of Testing Methodologies
Experience in handling user interactions and problem solving abilities
Interact with multiple department stakeholders
Good communication skills
Develop user relationships through professional, dependable and accurate interactions.
Ability to reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including
addressing mission critical issues beyond office hours.
Open to travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
Experience in customer onboarding and training
Ability to relay functionality changes or software change to department
teams proactively, and likewise analyse and report
necessary functional requests to DITs
