As a Distributor, you will play a crucial role in managing product distribution, nurturing customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products, and overseeing inventory levels. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with suppliers and customers, addressing logistical challenges, and upholding compliance with company policies and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have experience in product distribution, supply chain management, and logistics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining customer relationships. You must demonstrate proficiency in managing inventory levels, prioritizing timely deliveries, and resolving issues with attention to detail. The ability to work independently and tackle on-site logistical challenges is key. While not mandatory, prior experience in the organic food industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
