Display/Experience Center Manager
Designation: Display / Experience Center ManagerLocation: GurgaonJob Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the display centre.Manage and train to other team member, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels.Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed and accurate design plans for display setups and renovations.Collaborate with Architect to create visually appealing and functional display areas.Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets.Stay updated with the latest trends in furniture hardware and interior design.Qualifications:Proficiency in AutoCADAbility to interpret project documents, such as architectural drawings and engineering specifications.At least 3 years of experience in handling clients and handling a small team.Strong knowledge of engineering and design principles.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Command over English should be excellentAlong with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Creative and detail-oriented with a good sense of aesthetics.Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.Flexible schedule to include 1 weekend day and some holidays
